Todd Boland is the Research Horticulturist at the Memorial University of Newfoundland Botanical Garden and is one of the founding members of the Newfoundland and Labrador Wildflower Society. He has written and lectured on various aspects of horticulture and native plants across North America. Among the books he has authored are Wildflowers of New Brunswick: Field Guide, Trees & Shrubs of the Maritimes, and Trees and Shrubs of Newfoundland and Labrador.
